Martín Gustavo Ibarra is the CEO of the firm. Participated in the World Bank mission that created China's special economic zones in 1983. He has also collaborated in the restructuring of foreign trade mechanisms and free zones in most Latin American countries and some countries in Asia and Africa. He has advised several ports on concession contracts and the promotion of port services.
